Pending Games

Users: Athletic Directors/Administrators

The below information and steps provide details regarding pending games and how to accept them.

After scheduling a game, you may see a pending status associated with it. If the opposing school is a ScheduleGalaxy active user/subscriber, the new game will display a status of "Pending". An Athletics Director from either subscribing school can edit or accept the pending game. If the opponent is NOT a ScheduleGalaxy active user/subscriber, the game will display with a status of "Accepted".

There are several different ways to accept pending games:

OPTION 1:

Log into your Aktivate Scheduling account (formerly ScheduleGalaxy)
Select Pending Games ( ) in red within the Games section on the left-side menu

Select Accept on individual games or you can select Accept ALL for all pending games at your school

OPTION 2:

Log into your Aktivate Scheduling account (formerly ScheduleGalaxy)
Select Pending Games ( ) in red under your school information

Select Accept on individual games or you can select Accept ALL for all pending games at your school

OPTION 3:
Log into your Aktivate Scheduling account (formerly ScheduleGalaxy)
Use the Quick Toggle to navigate to a specific team's schedule page
Select the Actions dropdown next to a specific game
Select Accept to accept the individual game

*Please note that pending games will not be displayed to public users until they are accepted*
