Importing Students from a Custom Report File

It is possible to create student files by yourself and upload it to Aktivate Scheduling. However, Aktivate Scheduling needs to recognize the file format properly. In order to create students file, please follow instructions below:

  1. The format of the file should be a comma-delimited CSV file. Please, make sure, that the file is UTF-8 encoded.

  2. Aktivate Scheduling recognizes strictly defined column names. They should be named as follows:

  3. The order of columns is not important. It's not required to have all columns defined, only FIRST_NAME, LASTNAME, and GENDER are required for students to upload
