Rescheduling a Game or Practice
If you want to reschedule any games that have been created, you can follow the steps listed below.
1. Log into your Aktivate Scheduling account
2. On your school's page, use the quick toggle to enter your school, sport, and team
3. Next to the appropriate game, select the Actions drop down and select Edit
4. Make the needed adjustments for the game
If you want to show rescheduled notifications for this game on the calendar and team schedule, check the box that says 'Show reschedule notification on the calendar?'. The rescheduled game will then display with a violet background.
IMPORTANT: If the game was previously postponed, make sure to uncheck the 'Postpone' box
Once the new game has occurred (or at any time) you can remove the rescheduled game notice from the calendar and schedule by clicking on the X in the upper right-hand corner of the respective game on the calendar.
Unchecking the Display on the calendar? hides the information from the calendar.
