Accepting, Postponing, Canceling or Removing Multiple Games

You can choose to mass accept, postpone, or cancel multiple games and this will display on the calendar. Please note, if you wish to reschedule a game in the future, we recommend using the postpone feature. Should you choose to use the cancel action, it will delete the game from the calendar and can not be rescheduled without creating an entirely new game. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Open a web browser and go to http://schedulegalaxy.com.

2. Log into your account

3. On your school's page, use the  quick toggle to enter into the proper sport and team

4. Go to the team schedule where you will see a check box to the left of each game

5. To accept, postpone, cancel or remove multiple games on that schedule check the boxes for each of those games

6. At the top, next to select all, click the three little dots. This is where you can mass accept, postpone, or cancel a game

7. Once you have made a selection a popup notice will display to take that action

8. Click on Approve and all those checked games will accept, postpone, cancel or remove all together.
