Postponing/Cancel a Game

You can choose to postpone a game or practice in Aktivate Scheduling and this will display on the calendar. The functionality is the same for a game or practice, just be sure you are postponing the correct event. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Open a web browser and go to http://schedulegalaxy.com.

2. Log into your account

3. On your school's page, use the quick toggle to enter into the proper sport and team

4. Next to the appropriate game, select the Actions dropdown and select Postpone or Cancel

5. You can also postpone the event by selecting Edit and on the next page within the Date & Time section, you should see a checkbox that says. Check the box next to Postponed to indicate the game has been postponed

6. You can elect to provide any notes at the bottom of the page

7. Select Submit
